1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

Be-Life Community CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We provide wellbeing services, workshops, and community programmes focused on nature connection and mental health support.

2. Use of Our Services

Eligibility

Most of our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Some programmes may be available to younger participants with parental consent. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Be-Life Community CIC, our staff, volunteers, or any other person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group

3. Workshops and Events

Booking and Payment

When you book a workshop or event, you agree to pay the stated fee (if applicable). We offer sliding scale fees and funded places for those who need them. Payment must be received before the event unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations by Participants

• More than 7 days before: Full refund or credit for future events
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund or full credit for future events
• Less than 3 days: No refund but credit may be offered at our discretion

Cancellations by Be-Life

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, insufficient bookings, facilitator illness, etc.). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or transfer to another event.

4. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. By participating in our programmes, you acknowledge that:

• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations
• You understand outdoor activities carry inherent risks
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by our facilitators
• You will inform us immediately of any concerns or incidents
• You are responsible for your own wellbeing and will not participate if you feel unwell

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be-Life Community CIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our activities. However, you acknowledge that outdoor and nature-based activities carry inherent risks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Be-Life Community CIC or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during our events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such media being taken and used unless you specifically inform us otherwise.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff at the beginning of the event. We will respect your wishes.

8. Complaints and Disputes

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you have a complaint, please contact us at Be.lifecommunity@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through informal means, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The updated terms will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
