Meet The Team
The passionate people behind Be-Life Community

Dan
Founder & Director
Hi, I'm Dan, one of the founders and Directors of Be-Life Community CIC, and one of the co-founders of the Echo Valley Project, nestled in the peaceful countryside of Reynalton, Pembrokeshire.
My roots are in outdoor education, and over the years I've developed a diverse skill set as an arborist, bushcraft instructor, facilitator and sound practitioner covering a broad spectrum.
I've spent many years supporting people of all ages to connect with nature, build confidence, and grow through meaningful experiences in the outdoors. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings, from woodland activity programmes to community projects and therapeutic natural spaces. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how transformative time in nature can be, especially for those facing challenges, change, or uncertainty.
Nature has always been a central part of my own life, offering clarity, grounding, and a sense of belonging. I've seen first-hand its ability to heal, inspire, and bring communities together, and that belief sits at the very heart of Be-Life Community CIC and the Echo Valley Project.
My work is driven by the idea that everyone should have access to safe, welcoming green spaces where they can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the land.
Through Be-Life Community CIC, I'm committed to creating a space that supports wellbeing, fosters creativity, and strengthens community connection. The Echo Valley project is a place where people are encouraged to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the benefits of being outdoors.
This vision extends beyond Echo Valley itself; our aim is to bring nature-based projects to communities across Wales, promoting a return to the roots and basics of life and helping people reconnect with the natural world.
Aimee
Director
Hi, I'm Aimee, working as one of the directors of Be-Life Community CIC. My background lies in the fields of Art Psychotherapy, Environmental Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
I have also spent a lot of my career designing and facilitating training courses in trauma for other mental health organisations and for the education sector.
The main bulk of my work was in specialist schools for young people with Behavioural Needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and also with Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
I am also a community artist working in local communities to address the needs and welfare of residents. Using art and storytelling as a tool for creating narratives within communities so people can better understand each other.
I am passionate about helping people to understand their own mental health and the effects of trauma on the nervous system.
From many years of working outdoors with the natural world and witnessing the way that people come alive, it feels very special to be able to use all of my skills thus far to create a place of transformation and growth within the Be-Life community.

Tony
Director
Tony is also one of our Directors and brings a rich blend of social care, mental health, and community development experience to Be-Life Community CIC. His career began in social work, supporting children, young people, families, and adults across a range of services. He later co‑founded an urban city farm and helped transform green spaces across Salford and Manchester through a Community Interest Company, championing green therapy and community‑led environmental projects.
Tony believes deeply in the power of nature, connection, and shared purpose. Having seen firsthand how alcohol and mental health challenges can impact individuals and communities, he is passionate about contributing his experience, compassion, and leadership to help Be-Life continue to grow as a place of healing, belonging, and positive change.
